Return/exchange of goods/complein
- If you do not like the product or are not satisfied with it, it is possible to return it without giving a reason within 14 days by sending it by post or by any other means to our address Vítězná 1022/16, Rohatec 696 01. The goods must be properly packaged and secured against breakage or other damage. The goods must be new, unused, without signs of wear. Please always include the order summary or invoice in the package and add the number of your bank account where you want to transfer the refunded amount. Customer pays shipping.
- In the event of a mistake on our part (we sent you a different product than you ordered), please contact us immediately. You will be sent a return label and you can take the package to any PPL Parcel shop outlet in the Czech Republic or an outlet in SK. We will deal with the return of shipments from abroad individually.
- If you find obvious defects on the product immediately after unpacking, please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail, take a photo of the defect, and we will solve the problem with you individually by providing a discount or returning the product.
We will solve all the complications with you in order to achieve mutual satisfaction.
